Training on Elvanto software designed specifically to equip administrators to manage their church database, rosters and communications. Program Duration: 3 sessions (plus final wrap-up) Frequency: Weekly, or as agreed upon Session Duration: 1 hour per session (Zoom) -- Session 1: Introduction & Set-up Develop an understanding of the benefits of Elvanto and how it works + Help to get the basics set up. Session 2: People, Services & Rosters A deeper dive into how to set up and manage People and Services, and how these two interact when it comes to Rosters. Session 3: Email templates, Forms and Calendar - An understanding of the purpose and usefulness of email templates. - To be able to set up a form which then creates useful data for events, group signups. - Look at the potential of the calendar and how it integrates with groups. -- These sessions will provide functional knowledge and deep understanding of the benefits of using Elvanto, giving advice and steps to begin from set up to usage on an ongoing basis.
