Please fill in the design brief below so that we have all the details we need to make the customise a predesigned Christmas postcard for your church

3. Would you like your logo included on your postcard?

Your logo must be supplied as a hi-resolution file (preferably eps). To maintain the integrity of the template design your logo will be converted to the solid colour shown in the template preview.

Please be aware that there is limited space available on the postcard for the details of your Christmas services. 

We will try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to incorporating your customised service content into the design. If significant design alteration is required to accomodate your content,  a small design surcharge may be applicable (we will contact you about this before proceeding with the alterations). 

6. Would you like any corresponding advertising materials?

Some important info to read...

  • Submitting an order is a commitment to pay a minimum of the design fee for customising your predesigned template choice

  • Christmas packages are available for a limited time (obviously!) -  15th October to 10th December. We must receive your design brief, all written content and logo/attachments BEFORE this closing date.

  • Customisation of pre-designed templates is limited to content (contact details and church service details) and logo insertion. We'll do our very best to accommodate the details of your Christmas services, but please be aware that there is limited space available for this content.

  • We can not guarantee that another church will not have the same postcard design! If this is a problem, please select from our custom designed packages.

  • Please note, we are unable to commence work on your postcards until you have provided us with all finalised content and logo files (if applicable).

  • After we have customised your postcard we'll send it to you so that you can proof check the content. We will then finalise the artwork and send it to print. It is your responsibility to check the final proof for any mistakes before going to print.

  • Once your design has been finalised, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your printed postcards (dependent on quantity ordered). Due to Covid-19 and the lack of certainty around Christmas this year, we will be add priority printing on all orders. This means they should be arrive within 7 working days after artwork approval, however we can not guarantee this due to nationwide delivery delays. We will do our best to keep you up to date about any delays!

  • Due to Covid-19 and the lack of certainty around Christmas this year, we will be happy to provide a round of text edits for free, should you need to make any last minute changes. Where the text editing causes a changes to the design layout, we may need to charge a small design fee, but we will let you know first!
