Step Forward gives you structured, ongoing support through one-on-one mentoring with someone who understands the nuances of ministry life.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable to all Start Strong and Step Forward participants To ensure the smooth running of our programs and to respect the time of both mentors and participants, the following booking policy applies: Session Booking - All sessions must be booked by the participant via the designated booking system. - Sessions can be booked or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. - Participants are responsible for notifying their mentor directly if they make any changes to their booking. Cancellations & Missed Sessions - Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. - If a participant misses a session or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling available. If Your Mentor Needs to Reschedule - In the event that your mentor needs to reschedule a session, they will give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time. - Any mentor-initiated reschedule will not result in a forfeited session. Please note: Mentors are not responsible for rescheduling sessions on your behalf. Regular attendance and preparation are key to making the most of your mentoring journey.
