This isn’t a course or a leadership program. It’s personalised, paced, and prayerful support over the long haul.
Leverage more than 10 years of industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the Australian ministry landscape. Our 2-year Step Forward program is designed for ministry support workers who want the support and encouragement to thrive in their roles.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR 2-YEAR MENTORING PROGRAM
You’ll meet with an experienced VCA mentor every 8–10 weeks, giving you space to:

Reflect on your leadership, communication, and decision-making
Grow in confidence, skill and gospel-shaped thinking
Set goals, ask questions, and be encouraged in your God-given role
