Get it right the first time. Simple!
You’ve just designed your beautiful cover image for your Facebook page. You love it and it’s getting likes and comments. Job done.
But then, to your horror, you discover that your beautifully, well crafted image has been chopped when you view it on a mobile device.
*Sigh*
(Might be worth checking your page on your mobile and seeing how the cover image looks. Go ahead, I’ll wait here.)
There is a better way.
Here is the template that I use when creating cover images that look great on both devices. I design using the full size image and make sure that the inner area (that is seen on desktops) has all the essential info and isn’t cropping someone’s head out.
